Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if an order cannot be delivered, is significantly damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was sent. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
