These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) operated by Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms (“Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Affiliate Program

The Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) to promote Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms products, content, and eligible offers through approved promotional channels.

Affiliates may receive commissions for qualifying purchases generated through their properly assigned affiliate links.

Participation in the program is subject to approval. Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms reserves the right to accept or reject applications.

2. Affiliate Registration

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including, where applicable:

  • Name or business name
  • Valid email address
  • Website or social-media profile
  • Promotional methods
  • Payment information
  • Other information reasonably required to operate the Affiliate Program

You must keep your information accurate and up to date.

You may not register using false information or impersonate another individual or organization.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Approved affiliates receive unique tracking links.

Affiliate links allow Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms to identify referrals generated by an Affiliate.

The standard affiliate tracking cookie duration is 30 days, unless Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms specifies otherwise.

A qualifying purchase must be properly attributed to the Affiliate through our tracking system for a commission to be recorded.

Tracking may be affected by deleted cookies, browser restrictions, privacy settings, ad blockers, device changes, or technical problems outside our control.

4. Commission Rate

The standard Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms affiliate commission rate is 15% of the qualifying sale amount, unless a different rate is specifically communicated or agreed upon.

Commissions are calculated only on qualifying purchases and may exclude amounts such as shipping, taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other amounts excluded by the Affiliate Program.

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms reserves the right to modify its commission rate in the future. Changes will generally apply to qualifying transactions occurring after the new rate becomes effective.

Example: A qualifying $100 purchase would generate a $15 affiliate commission.

5. Qualifying Transactions

A commission may be generated when:

  1. A customer uses the Affiliate’s valid referral link.
  2. The referral is successfully recorded.
  3. The customer completes an eligible purchase.
  4. The transaction is not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may review transactions before commissions become payable.

6. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions may be rejected or reversed.

If a commission has already been recorded and the underlying order is subsequently refunded or charged back, Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may deduct or reverse the associated commission.

7. Promotional Methods

Affiliates must promote Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms honestly and responsibly.

Affiliates may use appropriate channels such as:

  • Educational websites
  • Blogs
  • YouTube channels
  • Social-media accounts
  • Online communities where promotional activity is permitted
  • Product reviews
  • Educational content
  • Email marketing where legally permitted

Affiliates must comply with the rules of the platforms and communities where they promote Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms.

8. Prohibited Promotional Practices

Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading or deceptive advertising.
  • Make false claims about Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms or its products.
  • Misrepresent themselves as Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms employees.
  • Impersonate Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms.
  • Use spam to distribute affiliate links.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email.
  • Generate artificial clicks or referrals.
  • Use bots or automated traffic.
  • Manipulate the affiliate tracking system.
  • Use fraudulent traffic sources.
  • Create fake reviews or testimonials.
  • Make unsupported claims about products.
  • Use affiliate links where commercial links are prohibited.
  • Purchase through their own affiliate link to generate a commission unless specifically authorized.

9. Search Engine Advertising

Affiliates must not represent their website, advertisement, or landing page as the official Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms website.

If paid search advertising is permitted, affiliates must follow Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms’ advertising requirements and the policies of the relevant advertising platform.

Affiliates must not use deceptive advertisements or trademark-related tactics intended to confuse customers.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever disclosure is required by applicable law, advertising regulations, or platform policies.

A disclosure may state:

“This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.”

The disclosure should be clear and noticeable to the audience.

11. Use of Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms Content and Branding

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, photographs, written content, product information, and other intellectual property.

Affiliates may use promotional materials supplied or authorized by Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms solely for promoting the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may not:

  • Claim ownership of Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms branding.
  • Create websites that impersonate Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms.
  • Modify official materials in a misleading manner.
  • Register confusingly similar domain names or social-media accounts.
  • Use Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms’ intellectual property outside the scope of the Affiliate Program without authorization.

12. Affiliate Account Security

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

You must notify Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms if you suspect unauthorized access to your affiliate account.

Affiliate accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person without prior authorization.

13. Commission Payments

Approved commissions will be paid according to Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms’ applicable payment schedule and available payment methods.

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may delay payment while transactions are being reviewed or while refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraudulent activity are investigated.

A minimum payout threshold may apply.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

14. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax obligations arising from affiliate commissions.

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms does not provide individual tax advice.

15. Fraud and Abuse

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may investigate activity that appears fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Where prohibited activity is identified, Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may:

  • Reject commissions
  • Reverse commissions
  • Suspend the affiliate account
  • Terminate the affiliate relationship
  • Restrict future participation in the Affiliate Program

16. Termination

Either party may end participation in the Affiliate Program.

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account if the Affiliate violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.

Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms affiliate links and any Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms promotional materials that the Affiliate was authorized to use.

17. Changes to These Terms

Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective when published on this page unless another effective date is specified.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or other formal business relationship between the Affiliate and Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms.

Affiliates are independent promoters and may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms will not be responsible for losses resulting from tracking interruptions, technical problems, website downtime, browser restrictions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

21. Acceptance

By registering for or participating in the Buy Psychedelics and Shrooms Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
